In 2017, Carbonleo needed a tablet-first website to promote and sell their ultra-exclusive 18 Private Residences in Le Palais des Possibles - an ambitious real estate project constructed on top of the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel in Montreal's Golden Square Mile. Starting at $4M, it would take more than an online brochure for sellers to approach this jetset international clientele. We needed to take these people on an emotive journey through the residences with construction having only just begun.
Armed with renderings and their recent rebranding, we harnessed the world-renowned quality of the the Four Seasons name to take the site’s visitors on a journey.
We helped them discover a multicultural city, let them dream of the lifestyle they would have in one of Montreal’s most elegant districts, and led them all the way to where they could discover the individual residences from exclusive fixtures to practical floor plans.
