As part of a series of ongoing improvements and updates to their digital ecosystem Bombardier Recreational Products needed a single tool to guide users through the huge range of customization possibilities of all their vehicles, so they can build the machine they’ve been dreaming of. With no dealerships of their own BRP also wanted a way to be able track customers from their digital properties to physical dealers to gain insight into the last stage of the customer journey.
We designed an online tool that allowed potential owners to digitally create a customized version of many of BRP’s recreational vehicles from ATV’s to snowmobiles, to motorcycles to boats.

Users could pick from BRP’s multiple brands and customize body types, engine sizes, colours, trims and a whole host of accessories.
