Analyse internal and client briefs and complete them with technical information and requirements to build a final scope of work including development plan, business requirements, work schedules, budget and deliverables;
Contribute to building a relationship of trust with clients, managers and stakeholders, provide guidance, challenge ideas, and bring forward new opportunities;
Define the organizational structure of the production capacity, manage long-term team planning and short term staff assignment with internal and external resources;
Negotiating and maintaining business relationships with suppliers;
Outlining problems, risks, opportunities and solutions during the delivery of the projects;
Define and maintain the quality assurance (QA) process;
Motivating, helping and inspiring staff members;
Assisting with training and recruitment of new staff members;
Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
An understanding of web development and solid technical knowledge;
Excellent communication skills in English and French;
The ability to juggle multiple projects and know how to prioritize;
A passion for staying informed about web, mobile and digital trends, current and future;
Experience with agile and devops approaches;
A high technical aptitude;
