CloudRaker is currently looking for a Strategy Director to connect business, market, and human insight to strategy and business design. We’re especially looking for someone who has an insatiable appetite to understand people and how we interact with the world around us, keeping empathy at the foundation of all our work. We're especially looking for a team player who knows that the best work happens when a diversity of perspectives comes together.

Your day to day will be...

Building business projection models in Microsoft Excel.

Creating beautiful and compelling presentations with Powerpoint or Keynote

Analyzing digital channel activity using Google Analytics, Adwords, Social Media Metrics, or any other Marketing Analytics Platform that you’re familiar with.

Data analysis capabilities with Python, or Microsoft BI, SQL or a tool of your choice.

Communicating in both French and English with clients about your work

You have...

Experience in Professional Services - Marketing Agency, Business Consulting, Business Design Consultancy, Digital Product Shop, or Strategy Consulting.

Ability to analyze brands and business ecosystems, providing content audits and review competitor landscapes. Passion to rapidly build expertise on new businesses and industry verticals. Develop competitive strategies that form a strong foundation for the development of digital products, brand experiences, marketing programs, content and communications.

Define the strategic vision and support the content, creative, and technology teams by providing strategic insights to create, maintain and optimize our clients’ consumer-facing ecosystems.

An analytical mind and an understanding of metrics, KPIs, and data-driven approaches to solving business problems. Define and outline measurement implementation, building out informed strategies from insights backed by data.

Think about problems holistically to understand the connectivity between dependent and independent variables. Develop, validate, and refine strategic deliverables using data from various sources of research. Track record of building cases for, managing and communicating strategic initiatives to both key stakeholders and diverse internal teams.
