CloudRaker is looking for an Office & Account Coordinator to join our growing Toronto team.

Your day to day will be...

Help manage and follow-up on projects (campaigns, social media, content production) under the supervision of an Account Manager;

Manage content updates for social media; 

Help define and manage budgets and timelines for projects;

Plan meetings internally and with clients, prepare documents for presentations;

Assist creative team with productions;

Act as the first point of contact for people entering the office (welcome clients and guests, sign for deliveries, and send and receive packages, etc.);

Organize meeting logistics, and provide general support for team members in the Montreal and Toronto offices;

Arrange client and agency catering, keep the kitchen humming (i.e. keep our fridge and cupboard full by ordering food,  make sure we never, ever run out of coffee);

Ensure the office is organized, tidy, and well supplied;

Track office supply inventory and order as needed;

Resolve minor tech issues that come up around the office following a training (i.e. connecting screens, setting up a video call, etc.);

Support the team with various tasks as needed.

You have...

Great communication skills in English (French is a bonus);

Quest for knowledge and quick learner;

The ability to juggle multiple projects and know how to prioritize;

Discretion and diplomacy;

A passion for staying informed about web, mobile, digital and traditional media trends;

Experience with social media management, Power Editor, Business Manager, and email marketing (nice-to-have).
