Your day to day will be...

As the client’s first media point of contact you will manage client business from both a strategic level and hands-on approach. 

Provide well-grounded and articulated POV’s on media and the state of the industry. 

Be the consistent go-to person for our clients and internal team seeking digital media/marketing expertise. 

Develop innovative media plans based on insights that deliver on client objectives.

Work collaboratively with other internal disciplines (content, creative, strategy, accounts) to ensure the client’s brand strategies are effectively translated to digital media. 

Balance digital and technical skills with a general enthusiasm for activation, engagement and conversion.  

Foster strong relationships with advertisers, media community and key media partners. 

Lead the team and the clients in understanding emerging digital and new technologies.

Understand industry/market best practices and work to incorporate them into the day to day agency process. 

Develop an open and consultative relationship between the agency and clients. 

Help develop innovative and creative recommendations and proposals for projects and new business opportunities. 

Oversee the day to day execution of the plans including negotiations, trafficking, campaign optimization and reporting.

Manage budgeting, discrepancies and media financials.

You have...

Minimum 5 years of digital media experience.

Understanding of digital, media theories and measurement.

Solid understanding of offline through experience or exposure to 360 planning.

Exposure and comprehension of general advertising regulations such as ASC and PAAB.

Working experience with Analytics suites (Google, Adobe, MOAT).

Hands on experience with Datorama is an asset.

Ability to run and interpret ComScore data and utilize other syndicated research.

Google Ads Certification.

Experience with agile methodology is an advantage.
