CloudRaker is looking for a Digital Account Coordinator to help us ensure our tech operations run smoothly. Our ideal candidate is eager to learn about, and experiment with, existing & emerging technologies, and loves to configure tech issues as well as participate in various marketing-oriented projects. 


tl;dr We’re looking for a Digital Account Coordinator. Daily work will include helping the project managers and account advisors with initial project set-up and development from outlining budgets and timelines, to briefing teams on their tasks, and pushing the technological and digital limits of the projects further. Full time, based in Montreal, QC (we’re working for home at the moment).

Your day to day will be...

Assist in tasks given by the Project Managers and Directors in the tech team to deliver various projects;

Helping build innovative websites for our clients and internal needs, by managing content entry, updating various elements and contributing to Quality Assurance;

Organizing and tracking the production of various assets, ranging from websites and emails, to banner ads and company rebrands;

Understanding client requests and translating them into actionable tasks for the development teams and the creative teams;

Coordinating projects between internal development and accounts teams, and sometimes third-party agencies;

Keeping track of and issuing proposals, hosting agreements, service agreements;

Work closely with the Advisors and Project Managers, and follow-up with team members and freelancers on various projects;

Work to improve efficiency, and optimize processes;

Challenging yourself and the team to find more efficient ways to work

You have...

1+ years experience of pertinent work (personal projects might count!)

Some educational background in IT or equivalent hands-on experience;

Strong knowledge of, and experience with, core technology:

Mac servers and computers

Google Suite

Excel and other common data entry platforms

Familiarity with (the more the better)

The development process of a website and its technologies (how a website works - front-end/back-end, etc.)

The creative process (the steps involved in creating an advertisement campaign, etc.)

The ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks

Experience working with email-based marketing platform (nice-to-have)

Agency experience (nice-to-have)
