CloudRaker is looking for an Account Manager for our healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts in Montreal. Our ideal candidate knows all the rules (and how to bend them) and never backs down from a good challenge.

This person is a master at navigating the pharmaceutical world and helping their team find creative solutions that respect PAAB and ASC regulations, while also managing 360 projects for various clients. 

This role is about more than just managing accounts. It involves caring about your clients and knowing their business needs inside and out, and always being ready to provide solutions to problems before they arise.

Your day to day will be...

Develop an open relationship between the agency and clients;

Help develop innovative and creative recommendations and proposals for digital and traditional projects;

Manage the client’s expectations in order to foster a healthy working relationship;

Bring new ideas to the table about how we can better serve our clients;

Understand client’s financial and business realities in order to set budgets and ensure they are respected;

Plan, organize, and execute strategic and tactical projects for clients;

Define and manage a dream team and make sure everyone stays on track and on budget;

Create workback schedules for the production and development of projects;

Ensure the strategic and artistic direction established by the team are respected;

Direct the quality assurance (QA) process;

Strive to always learn from completed projects by organizing and drafting post-mortems.

You have...

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;

Experience working on Pharmaceutical accounts;

PAAB’s number on speed-dial;

Experience managing 360 campaigns;

Excellent communication skills in English and French (though bilingualism is not necessary);

A passion for staying informed about web, mobile, digital and traditional media trends;

You are...

Great at developing a relationship of trust with clients;

A team player who likes working closely with Strategists, Art Directors, Designers, Developers, and Advisors;

An entrepreneur at heart and you aren’t afraid of taking chances;
