You are an Account Director who is ready to lead a pharmaceutical account, and various other consumer brands. In this role, you will be responsible for building a strong relationship with the client, coaching and developing a team, growing the accounts and ensuring we deliver top-quality work.  

Our ideal candidate is a master at navigating the pharmaceutical world and helping their team find creative solutions that respect PAAB regulations, while also managing 360 projects for various clients.

This role is about more than just managing accounts. It involves caring about your clients, knowing their business needs inside and out, and always being ready to provide solutions before problems arise.

Your day to day will be...

Develop an open relationship between the agency and clients;

Manage the client’s expectations in order to foster a healthy working relationship;

Understand the client’s true needs by challenging them, in order to deliver exceptional services;

Collaborate on the strategic planning and business evolution for our clients;

Help develop innovative and creative recommendations and proposals for projects and new business opportunities;

Understand clients’ financial and business realities in order to set budgets and ensure they are respected;

Plan, organize, and execute strategic and tactical projects (360 campaigns, websites, banners, email marketing, content production ) for clients;

Define and manage deliverables, budgets, risks and timelines;

Recruit, coach, manage, and retain an exceptional team;

Decentralize information and decision making within the team to ensure everyone is empowered and engaged;

Improve efficiency of accounts and optimize processes;

Contribute to the overall agency strategy and direction.

You have...

A minimum of 10 years of experience;

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;

A thorough understanding of PAAB and ASC regulations;

Digital and traditional marketing experience;

Excellent communication skills in English and French;

A passion for coaching and developing others;

A strategic perspective on marketing and always think about the big picture;

An entrepreneurial spirit;

HIgh degree of emotional intelligence; you can adapt your communication style to anyone you speak to.

The ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize;

Experience with retail clients (nice-to-have).
