Your main responsibilities will include building strong client relationships, helping them identify business opportunities using digital technologies, coaching and mentoring a team of experts, and actively participating in defining our digital platforms and experience service offering.

Your day to day will be...

Client Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for, and build strong relationships with, our current and prospective clients seeking advice and direction on their digital platform needs;
- Support clients on their strategic planning and business evolution;
- Consistently forecast revenue, meet targets and work around unforeseen circumstances;
- Effectively manage and report on major client issues, business development opportunities and results.

Team Management:
- Supervise a team of Project Managers in the execution of strategic and tactical projects for clients;
- Motivate the team to push themselves out of their comfort zones and to deliver great work;
- Improve and sustain processes for ongoing operational excellence in the practice;
- Recruit, coach, manage, and retain an exceptional team of talent;
- Act as an overall CloudRaker ambassador, both internally and externally.

Business Development:
- Grow our digital practice by proactively presenting ideas to clients, spotting opportunities, and helping the team with new business pitches;
- Lead the development of CloudRaker’s digital service offering;
- Contribute to the overall agency strategy and direction.

You have...

Minimum 10 years of integrated marketing experience;

Experience managing digital projects (e-commerce, SAAS, websites, apps, etc.)

Extensive experience managing large client accounts;

The ability to build, manage and inspire multi-disciplinary teams;

A strong sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills;

Excellent communication skills in English and French;

The ability to juggle multiple projects and know how to prioritize;

A passion for staying informed about digital trends and technology.
