Your day to day will be...

As an Account Director, your main roles will involve problem solving, project management, and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams. 

Your leadership, strategic thinking, proactivity, digital marketing knowledge, and ability to make informed decisions, will be crucial to execute the following tasks:

Develop an open relationship between the agency and clients;

Understand the client’s needs in order to deliver effective solutions;

Collaborate on the strategic planning and business evolution for our clients;

Help develop innovative and creative recommendations and proposals for projects;

Bring new ideas to the table about how we can better serve our clients;

Understand client’s financial and business realities in order to set budgets and ensure they are respected;

Plan, organize, and execute strategic and tactical projects (360 campaigns, websites, banners, email marketing, content production ) for clients;

Define and manage deliverables, budgets, risks and timelines;

Strive to always learn from completed projects by organizing and drafting post-mortems;

Improve efficiency of accounts and optimize processes;

Coach other members of the team;

Develop and support agency new business and growth plans.

You have...

Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management;

Knowledge about production and execution of traditional and digital media;

A sense of initiative and excellent interpersonal skills;

Excellent communication skills;

The ability to juggle multiple projects and know how to prioritize;

A passion for staying informed about web, mobile, and digital media trends, current and future;

Experience managing automobile accounts (nice-to-have);

Experience with retail clients (nice-to-have).
